Kristin Gabriel studied Media Economics and Art History in Cologne and Hamburg. She started her professional career in E-Commerce, where she gained relevant experience in the fields of social media management, content marketing, process optimization and project management. She joined Instinctif Partners in 2016 and is responsible for the division of digital communication. She advises on integrated digital communication concepts and delivers digital projects for numerous clients and sectors.

Andreas Hybel, Senior Art Director
Andreas Hybel graduated in communication design in Krefeld and Trier. As a graphic designer with over 20 years of experience, he specialises in corporate and editorial design, digital applications and user interfaces, as well as film and animation. At People interactive (now Valtech), Andreas most recently worked for international companies such as Lufthansa and Deutsche Telekom, where he developed digital strategies and e-commerce projects in UX and visual design. Since August 2017, he is responsible for the creative development and quality control of digital communication and publishing design projects at Instinctif Partners.
