In response to the elimination of the legal duty to submit quarterly reporting, the German Stock Exchange has introduced the obligation for all companies in the Prime Standard to prepare quarterly information on the cutoff date of the first and third quarters. How can companies satisfy investor calls for information, while at the same time keeping the administrative overhead required for this at a minimum? Or do your investors expect a complete quarterly financial report? We will be glad to support you in structuring and preparing a quarterly report tailored to meet the needs of your company.
